1. Keep the environment clean

 

Do not litter and implement garbage classification according to requirements. Daily diligent cleaning, eliminating hygiene blind spots, daily cleaning of household waste, and maintaining a clean and tidy home environment. Open multiple windows for ventilation, ventilate 2-3 times a day for at least 30 minutes each time. Bedding should be changed frequently and dried regularly. The cloth should be used exclusively for cleaning, and the bathroom should be kept ventilated and dry.

 

2. Eliminate overwintering mosquitoes and insects

 

Do not pile up debris, remove accumulated water from various containers, remove dust under beds, furniture backs, and sinks, and use tools such as electric mosquito swatters to kill hidden mosquitoes and insects; It is recommended to remove the brush from the home vacuum cleaner and use suction to directly remove mosquitoes.

 

3. Pay attention to food safety

 

Keep tableware, kitchenware, and kitchen environment clean. Wash hands with soap or hand sanitizer mixed with running water before cooking, during cooking when in contact with unclean items, and after cooking. Raw and cooked food should be processed and stored separately, and spoiled or expired food should not be eaten. Fresh meat and eggs should be cooked thoroughly, and leftover dishes should be reheated thoroughly before consumption. Regularly disinfect tableware.

 

 

4. Practice a healthy lifestyle

 

Reasonable diet, balanced nutrition, and sufficient water intake. Reduce static behavior, engage in moderate and safe physical activity, and reach the recommended level. Regular daily routine, ensuring sufficient sleep, avoiding staying up late and excessive fatigue. Do not spit everywhere, wrap the phlegm in a tissue and throw it into the trash can. Do not smoke recreational cigarettes. The winter weather is cold, so when going out, adjust your clothing according to the temperature to avoid getting cold.

 

5. Timely vaccination


Getting vaccinated before the outbreak season of respiratory infectious diseases can reduce the chances of contracting them and alleviate symptoms after contracting them. It is recommended that citizens receive an annual flu vaccine to obtain effective protection. Key populations such as children, the elderly, and the weak need to receive corresponding vaccines in a timely manner under the guidance of doctors.

 

6. Conduct good health monitoring

 

If symptoms such as fever and cough occur, do not use medication without authorization; Wear a mask and promptly seek medical attention at the nearest fever clinic of a medical institution. During the medical process, it is advisable to avoid taking public transportation as much as possible.
